What started as a backyard pastime has now become Blackies Veggies, a 12 acre farm producing top quality vegetables. ‘We grow everything we sell’, Every vegetable at the stand is grown on this farm and hand picked on a daily basis by the farmers themselves, ensuring freshness and best quality.  The Blackies also raise sheep on their farm and have a Yarn Shop. In the fall, choose that special pumpkin from a huge display of hundreds of pumpkins, coming strait from their pumpkin patch.

Hilltop Market has fresh fruit and vegetables in season as well as Christmas trees and wreaths in November and greenhouse products in the spring. They grow the majority of vegetables sold at the market. There are two farms that come together to form the Hilltop Market and also buy many other local products from various local vendors to sell.
